Your ad can not violate any laws or
regulations or legal agreements or be
deceptive. You must read and agree to our Terms
of Service and Privacy
Policy.
We --DO NOT-- allow any pornographic or
obscene ads at our site or those types of sites to be
knowingly linked from our site. If possible, we would prefer ads to be
appropriately tailored to a gaming related
audience. We most definitely would consider
reviewing any ad that is not gaming related
but targeted at friendly young people such as
religious organizations or clothing ads, etc.
Ads for gaming web sites, tennis shoes, computer hardware,
software, technology related items, games, gaming accessories, game
controllers, sports equipment, clubs, clans,
guilds and squadrons are
just some of the many potential advertisers
here. Ads and related site links must be
presentable* as reviewed by us before being
displayed. NO profanity, NO sexual explicit
material, NO rude tones to the ad, all ads
shown should meet the over all goal of a
friendly gaming related atmosphere that we
are try to develop here. There are
NO refunds on our advertising offers.
It is impossible for us to monitor every ad's targeted link
100% of the time, but if your ad or targeted linked site
changes after the initial review to an
inappropriate redirect or by other means, we
would terminate your ad package and all your
remaining hits* would be forfeited. To
advertise here you must agree to the fact
that we would be possibly running other ads on the
same page, typically only one 468x60 banner
ad per page and several 88x31 button ads
could also be running on each page. Our site
would also run several internal site related
ads. Ads for your competition might also
be ran on the same page. We typically would
start your ad campaign once payment has been received and your ad and your site reviewed.
If our website were unable to fulfill your
paid ad campaign requirements, because of a
problem associated with our website, with in
90 days after approval, we would offer a
pro-rated refund [((total hits paid for)
divided by (hits viewed so far)) times
payment] - any amount still owed] = refund.
We measure an ad 's image dimensions by
pixels and the file's size in kilobytes. Off
site ads are tested for normal load times* as
defined by us. The ads should load fast and have a file size
under 40kb.

We use the term "presentable" to
mean a site that is reviewed and does not
contain or link to: rude material, foul
language, sexual explicit material,
cheating, unsportsmanlike behavior, or any thing that
we feel is not "decent" as defined by us. By
"us" and "we" and "our",
we mean the webmaster of AtomicWARRIOR.com or
their appointed agents. Of course any site
containing or promoting illegal items or
activities would immediately be terminated
and would forfeit all rights to any remaining
ads or moneys.
We define a "hit" to be a page
view or any time the page has be accessed to be
loaded even partial.
Sometimes people might not fully load the
complete page or images. We, because of
technical reasons, would still consider this
a "hit" on your ad, our low prices
reflex this.
You assume all responsibility to the accuracy
and legality of your ad and assume any
liability to us for displaying it for you. We
reserve the right to modify these rates and
terms at any time without notifying you.
